I spoke with my contact at Thule and he informed me that they did not make anti-sway cradles for their older bike racks. The best solution for you would be to completely replace the cradles on your bike rack with newer cradles that accept anti-sway cages.

I have a solution for you, but there are no 4 bike trunk racks on the market, mostly because they're just not able to hold the additional weight safely.
